GetItDone is one of our own products: an AI-native task manager for teams. Daily plans, stand-up updates, tasks and time tracking sit in one workspace, so an update written in the morning turns into work on the board instead of a message that scrolls away.
The idea behind it is that AI is a user of the product, not a chatbot added on top. Assistants get the same task context a person sees, including the images attached to a task and frames pulled from its screen recordings.
GetItDone runs an MCP server with 11 tools, so Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent can list and read tasks, create and update them, link dependencies and pull frames from a task's videos. The in-app agents use the same tool definitions, and an eval checks that the two stay identical.
Inside the app, the AI can propose a plan for your day from your open tasks, which you then apply to the daily board.
GetItDone is a pnpm and Turborepo monorepo: a Next.js web app with a tRPC API and Prisma, a Socket.IO service that keeps open sessions in sync in real time, a background worker, and a Mastra service that hosts the agents and the MCP server.
Integrations connect GitHub, Slack, ClickUp and Monday.com, and the daily board supports drag-and-drop planning, recurring tasks and time tracking. We have developed it continuously since October 2024, across 350+ merged pull requests.
Beyond the web app, GetItDone ships on the App Store and Google Play, so the daily update and the task list travel with you.
