Devino is a small, senior-only engineering system built for one job: taking the project you can't ship and making it live.

Limitations

- Not a bodies-for-hire staffing agency — the system takes ownership of outcomes, not seats.
- Will not quote a deadline before understanding the problem.
- Small by design. A 200-person program needs a different system.
